Banditrider's Pootles

Long Timer
The Google car wasn't mucking around actually...As you can see, we were having a chat on the side of the road when he went past and then caught him at the road works quite a fair way up the road.

The shinko (only got one on the rear) is great on the road and on the nice hard packed winter gravel. Road in some more muddier stuff and there weren't bad but on some recently graded roads with a reasonable amount of gravel they don't hook up quite as much and the rear slides around more. Overall, I quite like them for this time of the year but I reckon in summer when the gravel turns to marbles on a hard surface they might not be quite as good.

Yeah, saw you guys parked up there, then in the "mirrors" time and time again. :)

Looks like a Mitas 7 on the front....I always liked that combo on the Stroms, Mitas 7 front and Shinko 705 rears. Then again, it depends on how, where and what you ride I guess...
Don't mind a squirrely rear end...but mud is a different game on the 705s.
Down twice with that combo....just didn't listen when the rear told me to pull my head in, and yes, there was plenty of warning.
Can't fix dumb + dumber.
